What is in each WordPress maintenance package, what your edit hours cover, what happens when they run out, and how to leave. Answered before you pay anything.
Every plan covers the same care work: uptime monitoring, plugin and theme updates, website backups, malware removal, Google Analytics set up, one site migration when you join, and a monthly performance report. On top of that you get edit hours. Standard is $49 a month with 1 hour, Advanced is $79 with 2 hours, and Premium is $99 with 3 hours.
Text and image changes on any page or post, header, footer and menu changes, plugin and theme settings, and small bug fixes. Send the change by email and we do it. Building new plugins or themes, graphic design, writing new content and building a new website sit outside the hours, and we quote those in writing first.
Edits are capped by your plan hours, so nothing runs up a surprise bill. When you use them up, we tell you and give you two choices: move to the next plan up, or let us quote the extra work in writing before we touch the site. You decide, and the price is agreed before the work starts.
Yes. If your site is hacked while you are on a care plan, we clean it at no extra charge, on Standard, Advanced and Premium alike. We also keep backups, so there is a clean copy to fall back on. The paid malware clean on our add-ons page is for sites with no care plan.
Our team replies within one business day, and our hours cover the US morning and afternoon. A site that is down comes first, ahead of everything else in the queue. You write to one small senior team, not a ticket desk, so nobody has to be told about your site twice.
You can stop at the end of any month, and you keep everything: files, database and domain stay yours. Hosting is your choice too. We can move your site onto our hosting once when you join, or we can look after it where it already lives.
