These terms explain how we work with you when you buy from us, including what you pay and when. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
WP BigBang (“we”, “us”) offers this website and its content on the terms below. Using the site or ordering from us means you accept them. To see how we handle your information, read our Privacy Policy.
After you order, you sign the project agreement in your project panel. Then you send your text, photos and logo through the content form in the same panel. We start work once both are done.
If we have questions, we ask them in your panel messages. Please answer within 3 business days. Your delivery clock starts the day you submit the content form.
You pay in three parts: 50% to start, 30% after you see your first design, and 20% after your site is live and we hand you the logins. Your money follows the work. If you paid 50%, we email you the 30% and the 20% as invoices, Each one comes with a secure Payoneer link. Each invoice is due within 3 days. Your first revision round starts once the 30% is paid. We add no processing fee to any payment. You place your order at checkout without paying. We then email you a secure Payoneer link. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or bank transfer. Your project starts when your first payment arrives.
Prices for each plan are printed on that plan’s page. Extras we agreed with you in writing before you ordered, by email or WhatsApp, are part of your build. Anything new you ask for after you order gets a written quote first. We start it once you say yes.
We count working days. Your clock starts the day you submit the content form. Days we spend waiting for your content, your answers or your feedback do not count.
Affordable (1 revision round): first design in 6 working days, then 4 more for your changes and go-live. 10 working days in total.
Business, Nonprofit, Website Redesign and Figma to WordPress (2 revision rounds): first design in 6 working days, then 4 for each round. Your site goes live with round 2. 14 working days in total.
E-commerce (3 revision rounds): first store design in 10 working days, then 5 for round 1, 3 for round 2, and 3 for round 3 with go-live. 21 working days in total.
Your plan includes its revision rounds, and they are listed on your plan’s page. Round 1 starts once your 30% payment is in.
Ask for a change after your last round, or a change that is bigger than a revision, and we quote it in writing first. You approve the quote before we touch anything.
After you order, all project talk happens in your project panel messages. Every note and file stays in one place there. We do not use email for project talk.
If something breaks and you have not heard from us within 48 hours, email hello@wpbigbang.com.
Projects stall. Somebody gets ill, the photos never arrive, the business gets busy. We do not fine you for it.
We send you a reminder on day 3, again on day 10, and again on day 25. If we have heard nothing after 30 quiet days, we park the project and stop the clock.
Restarting a parked project costs $99. We keep your files for 3 months after we park it, so you have time to come back.
The files, the database and the domain are yours the day your site is finished. Nothing stays locked with us.
This site’s own content is a separate matter. The text, graphics, logos and images on wpbigbang.com belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and copyright law protects them. We keep every right we have not given you here.
Ask for a refund within 3 days of placing your order, and tell us the reason. Email hello@wpbigbang.com.
Our Refund Policy sets out what is refundable and what is not. That page is the full rule, and it wins if these terms ever read differently.
The trademarks, service marks, designs and logos on this website belong to WP BigBang or to our licensees. Do not use or copy them, and do not suggest that we endorse you or work with you, unless we have agreed it in writing.
You may open, download, view and print our pages for your own use. Leave the copyright notices where they are and do not change what you copy.
Republishing our pages, selling them, or passing them on as your own needs our written permission first.
Our affiliate program, also called our referral program, pays you for the work you send us. These terms apply to every affiliate. By joining, you accept them.
Joining: You apply at our affiliate signup page. We read every application and approve affiliates by hand. We may refuse an application without giving a reason. Your application details must be true and kept up to date.
What you earn: You earn 20% of the first payment on a sale you refer. It is paid once, on that first payment. It is not a monthly share and it does not repeat. If the same client buys from us again later, that is a new sale and it pays you again at 20%.
What counts: Every product we sell counts: website builds, care plans, SEO and hosting. The rate is the same 20% on all of them.
Your link and the 30 days: When someone clicks your referral link, that click counts for 30 days. If they buy inside those 30 days, the sale is yours. After 30 days the link no longer credits you.
Two affiliates, one client: The most recent link wins. If someone clicks your link and then clicks another affiliate’s link before buying, the other affiliate is credited.
Referrals with no commission: Some sales earn nothing, for example when a coupon reduces the price to the point where no commission is due. We still record the referral in your account, and it still pays nothing.
Approval and payment: We check every referral by hand before we pay it. Payouts are sent manually by WP BigBang. Our affiliate system records what you are owed; it does not send the money. Your minimum payout, your payment dates and your payment method are confirmed the day we approve you.
What does not count: You cannot refer yourself, a company you own or control, or a member of your household. You cannot bid on the WP BigBang name, or any close spelling of it, in paid ads. You cannot send spam, post fake reviews, or say anything about our prices, timelines or services that we have not published. A referral that breaks this point earns nothing, and we may close your account.
Using our name: You may say you refer work to WP BigBang and use our logo as it is given to you. Do not change the logo, and do not present yourself as our employee, our office or our owner.
Ending the program: We may close an affiliate account, or end the whole program, at any time. We will pay any referral already approved. We may change these terms, and we will tell you by email or in your affiliate account when we do.
We give you this website and its content as it is. We do not promise it is free of errors, and we do not promise it fits any particular purpose of yours.
Nothing on this website is professional advice. Read a page here and act on it, and that decision is yours.
We are not responsible for what happens on websites we link to, or for losses you suffer from using this site, including lost sales or lost profit.
Our pages link to websites we do not run. We have no control over their content or their privacy practices.
We update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
