Questions people ask before ordering

What your WordPress website costs, how long it takes, what you own, and who fixes it after launch. Answered before you spend anything.

A design drawn for you, not a bought theme with your logo on top. Affordable responsive WordPress website design is the standard here: every page is checked on phone, tablet and desktop. You get WordPress set up, speed and security work, $700+ of add-ons free, one revision round, and hand-written code where the site needs it.

Yes. Book a free call or send a message, and you talk to the people who will build your site. No bot, no call centre. Ask anything about the plan, the price or the steps. You pay nothing until you are ready to start.

One senior team builds your site from start to finish. We have 15+ years in WordPress and 500+ sites across 10+ countries. We are a small affordable WordPress agency working from Bangladesh, and our hours cover the US morning and afternoon. Agencies can hire the same team white-label, 25% off from three sites.

You pay 50% at the start, 30% after you see the first design, and 20% when the site is done. The money never runs ahead of the work. If anything goes quiet on our side, email hello@wpbigbang.com and our team replies within one business day.

Your site goes live within 10 business days once your content lands. Content means your text, photos and logo. The clock starts when that arrives, not when you pay, so the fastest way to a live site is to send your content early.

The clock counts only our days. It starts when your text, photos and logo arrive, pauses while we wait on your answer, and starts again the moment your approval lands. We book your build as one block of days. You see the first design early.

You get one free revision round with every plan. Tell us what to change, and we change it. The round stays open for 14 days after we send the first design. After that, any change is quoted first, in writing, so you agree the cost before we touch the site.

Nothing is lost. Your 10 business day clock pauses while we wait on you. We remind you on day 3, day 10 and day 25. After 30 quiet days we park the project. One message restarts it, free the first time, $99 the second. Files are kept 3 months from your last message.

You can ask for a refund within 3 days of your order, and you need to tell us why the work was not satisfactory. Refunds do not cover delays caused on your side, domain names, or anything bought from another provider. The full terms are in the refund policy.

You do. The files, the database and the domain are yours the day the site is finished. Nothing is locked to us, so you can move the site anywhere or hand it to another developer whenever you want.

Your first month of Standard Care is free. After that, care plans start at $49 a month, and you can stop there if you would rather look after the site yourself. You keep everything either way, so a care plan is a choice, not a condition.

6

Launch

We check your speed and every screen size, phone, tablet and desktop, then go live. You pay the last 20%.

7

Care

First month of care free. Files, database and domain are yours.

Eight reasons, no fine print

Why WP BigBang is an affordable WordPress agency

Every Price Printed Here

You see $245, $345 and $445 on this page, with every add-on priced. An affordable WordPress agency should show its prices before the call, not after it.

A Design Nobody Else Has

We draw your site from scratch, with no template and no bought theme underneath. Your visitors see you, not a pattern.

15+ Years, WordPress Only

WordPress is all we build, backed by 15+ years and clients in 10+ countries. We write real code when your site needs it.

Live In 10 Business Days

Send your text, photos and logo, and your site goes live within 10 business days. Book the free consultation to start.

Pay In Three Parts

Pay 50% to start, 30% after you see your first design, and 20% at the end. Your money follows the work.

You Own Everything, Day One

The files, the database and the domain go to you the day your site is finished. Nothing stays locked with us.

One Team, No Handoffs

One team does your design, build, marketing and care, so your brief is never retold. Agencies hire the same hands white-label: affordable WordPress design services by agencies, 25% off from three sites and 35% off from five.

First Month Of Care Free

Your first month of Standard Care costs nothing after launch. Plans run from $49 a month when you want to keep going.

Compare your five options

Cheap, DIY or agency: five WordPress options compared

Cheap WordPress website design usually means a template with your logo dropped into it, and the real bill arrives later in plugins, images and your own hours. Each of the five below can still be the right pick. See what each one gives you, and what it asks of you.

What matters
WP BigBang
A freelancer
A big agency
Do it yourself
An AI builder
Every price printed

$245, $345, $445. Every add-on priced too.

Most tell you the price on the call, not before.

No price list. A proposal, after the meetings.

Looks free. Then hosting, plugins and images add up.

A monthly price, and a higher tier for the real features.

A design made for you

A premium design made for you. No template.

Many use a bought theme and drop your logo in.

Custom, but drawn by whoever is free that week.

A template, and you are the designer now.

It picks a template pattern and pours your words in.

Free add-ons

Premium theme, plugins, images, speed, security. Free.

The theme, plugins and images go on your card.

Each extra is billed, with the agency’s cut on top.

You find, buy and set up each one yourself.

Extras sit behind the higher plan, month after month.

Pay in three parts

50% to start, 30% at first design, 20% when done.

Half now, half at the end. Some ask for all of it.

A big deposit, then monthly bills until it goes live.

A monthly fee for as long as the site is up.

You rent it. Stop paying and the site goes dark.

Days to live

Live in 10 business days once your content lands.

Fast until a bigger client calls. Then you wait.

First the queue, then the meetings, then the work.

Evenings and weekends, for as long as it takes.

Minutes to a draft. Then weeks of your own fixing.

Fair price

Premium design and add-ons for $245 to $445, once.

By the hour for many, so the total is a guess.

Thousands, and you pay for the account manager too.

Cheap in cash. You pay with your own hours.

Cheap each month. Years of rent, and nothing to keep.

Quality of work

Premium work. 15 years, clients in 10+ countries.

Often excellent, when you find the right one.

Strong at the top. A small job gets the junior.

As good as your first try. No one checks it.

Generated words and stock photos. You are the only checker.

Up to 3 months of care, free

Included. Care plans from $49 a month after that.

Ends at handover, or when their next job starts.

Sold as a monthly contract from launch day.

You fix it yourself, after your day job.

They keep it online. The fixing and writing stay yours.

The site is yours

Files, database and domain, yours the day it is done.

Only if the domain is in your name, not theirs.

Read the contract. Some keep it on their own platform.

Yours, as long as you stay on their builder.

Most hand over no files and no database to take away.

Order online, your dashboard

Order here, no call. Track each stage in your dashboard.

Progress is a chat message, when they send one.

No online order. It starts with a sales call.

Sign up in seconds. Every stage after that is you.

You get a dashboard, and every job inside it is yours.

One team, four jobs

Design, development, marketing and care, one team.

One person, one main skill. You find the rest.

Four teams, so your brief is retold three times.

You are the designer, developer and help desk.

One tool, no team. Design, words and care fall to you.

WordPress and real code

WordPress, plus hand-written code when it needs it.

Page builder only, as a rule. No code past that.

Real coders, yes. Billed at the big-agency rate.

Drag and drop only. Past that, you learn to code.

Most keep the code closed. You cannot move the site out.

Answer in one business day

Within one business day. That is the promise.

Fast on a good week. Quiet when they are ill or busy.

The account manager replies. The coder gets it later.

Help articles, a chat bot and a forum of strangers.

A bot, then a ticket queue. No person knows your site.
