You want to know who you are dealing with. Fair enough. We are a WordPress web design agency that prints its prices, builds with one team, and hands you every file at the end.
Hello, I’m Tusher Khondokar, the founder and CEO of WP BigBang. I started this agency for owners who want a WordPress site that brings in work, and a team they can reach when something breaks.
I have worked on WordPress for 15+ years, and it is the only thing we build. Staying with one platform means my team has already met most of the problems your site can throw at us.
Our clients run businesses in 10+ countries, from the USA, the UK, Canada and Australia to Bangladesh. We are one senior team working across Asia and Europe. Our hours cover the US morning and afternoon, so your message reaches a real person during your working day.
Hiring a web team means trusting people you have not met, so I keep our terms plain. You see the price on the plan page before we talk, and you pay in three parts as the work moves. When your site is done, the files, the database and the domain are yours. Agencies who send us their builds get the same deal, and we never contact their clients.
I am proud of this team, and grateful to every client who trusts us with their business. Thank you for reading. If you want to talk about your site, book a free call and meet the people who will build it.

Wondering who is on the other end of the email? A small WordPress web design agency: one senior team working across Asia and Europe. The people you talk to are the people who build your site.

You are trusting a WordPress web design agency you have not met with the front door of your business. These four rules are how we earn that trust, whatever the plan.
The price on the page is the price. We quote any extra work in writing before we start.
The people who design your site also build it and answer your emails after launch. You explain your business once.
Files, database and domain go to you when the site is finished. Nothing stays locked with us.
If a plan does not fit you, or a feature is a bad idea, we say so first.
