Every plan covers the same store care work: uptime monitoring, WordPress and WooCommerce updates, extension updates, backups, malware removal, weekly checkout tests, payment gateway checks, order and stock support, Google Analytics set up, one store migration when you join, and a monthly sales report. On top of that come your edit hours and product uploads. Standard is $149 a month, Advanced is $279 and Premium is $399.
Product text, prices and images, new product uploads up to your plan’s number, store page, header and menu changes, and small bug fixes. Send the change by email and we do it. Standard gives you 2 hours and 5 uploads, Advanced 4 hours and 10 uploads, Premium 6 hours and 25 uploads. Building new plugins or themes, graphic design, writing new content and building a new store sit outside the hours, and we quote those in writing first.
Edits are capped by your plan hours, so nothing runs up a surprise bill. When you use them up, we tell you and give you two choices: move to the next plan up, or let us quote the extra work in writing before we touch the store. You decide, and the price is agreed before the work starts.
A store that cannot take money comes first, ahead of everything else in the queue. We test your checkout and your payment methods every week, so most faults are found by us rather than by a customer. Our team replies within one business day and our hours cover the US morning and afternoon. Bug fixes come out of your monthly edit hours.
Yes. If your store is hacked while you are on a care plan, we clean it at no extra charge, on Standard, Advanced and Premium alike. We also keep backups, so there is a clean copy of your store and its orders to fall back on. The paid malware clean on our add-ons page is for stores with no care plan.
You can stop at the end of any month, and you keep everything: files, database, orders and domain stay yours. Hosting is your choice too. We can move your store onto our hosting once when you join, from $2.49 a month, or we can look after it where it already lives.
