This page explains the cookies our site uses and why we use them. A cookie is a small text file your browser saves when you visit a site.
We use cookies to keep the site working, to hold your cart and checkout in order, and to load pages faster. They also count our visitors and credit an affiliate who sent you here. Using our site means you accept them, and you can refuse or delete them at any time.
We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not sell what our cookies collect.
A cookie is a small data file a website puts on your computer or phone. It lets the site recognise your browser when you come back.
A session cookie disappears when you close your browser. A persistent cookie stays for a set time. We use the word “cookie” here for every file that works this way.
| Cookie | Who sets it | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cart and checkout | SureCart | Remembers what is in your cart and keeps your checkout working | Session, and up to a few days for a cart you left behind |
| Affiliate referral | SureCart affiliate tracking | Records which affiliate’s link you clicked so we can credit them if you buy | 30 days |
| Page cache | WP Rocket | Tells your browser which saved copy of a page to show, so pages load faster | Session to a few hours |
| Analytics | Google Analytics, through Site Kit | Counts visitors and shows us which pages people read and which searches brought them | Up to 2 years |
| Chat | WhatsApp chat widget | Keeps the chat button and your conversation state working | Session |
Google Search Console is connected to this site through the same Site Kit plugin. It reports on searches, and it does not set a cookie in your browser.
We pay affiliates for the work they send us. Click an affiliate’s link to wpbigbang.com and a cookie records which affiliate it was.
That cookie lasts 30 days. Buy from us inside those 30 days and the affiliate gets credited for it. After 30 days the cookie stops crediting anyone. Click a different affiliate’s link first and the newest one replaces it.
The cookie holds the affiliate’s reference, not your name. It does not change what you pay. Our Terms & Conditions set out the full affiliate rules.
Some of the services above are run by other companies, and their cookies follow their own privacy policies, not ours. Google sets the analytics cookie. SureCart sets the cart and affiliate cookies. WhatsApp sets the chat cookie.
If we embed something from another website, such as a video or a map, that company can set a cookie when the page loads. We do not control those cookies, and their own policies explain them.
Every browser lets you block cookies, delete the ones you already have, or ask to be warned before one is stored. Look under Settings, then Privacy.
Blocking cookies has a cost. Block the cart cookie and checkout stops working. Block the affiliate cookie and nobody gets credited for sending you here. Block the analytics cookie and we stop counting your visit, which changes nothing for you.
Deleting your cookies after you click an affiliate link removes the credit, even inside the 30 days.
We update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
