In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with WP BigBang’ service, WP BigBang is, subject to the terms of this clause, happy to provide you with a full refund within 30days. To claim a refund under this money back guarantee you must submit a cancellation request from WP BigBang’ members area within 5 days of the original purchase date stating why the service was not to your satisfaction.

You may not be eligible for a refund for the following reasons –

If you claim the refund after 7days of our purchase days.
If you can’t provide us enough information to get started on your project.
New revision/update must be given within 3-5 Business Days. Causing delay may cost an additional charge or for this kind of scenario we won’t offer refund.
If client(you) cause the delay or client(you) fail to provide required information/update then we won’t offer the refund.
If you harm of break your website we won’t take that responsibilities and we won’t offer the refund.

The Money Back Guarantee applies to new clients only, and applies to service & addon related charges only. Services that have commenced or completed, domain registration service or service provided by third parties are not eligible for refund. A new client is determined by the registered client information.
